TOXEMIA - Which is the accumulation of toxins and metabolic wastes in our bodies.
NUTRITIONAL DEFICIENCIES - Due to the consumption of devitalized and poisoned food which includes sugar, salt, white rice and white flour products.
Where Do Toxins Come From?
Firstly, from external sources: polluted air, impure water, highly processed, poisoned foods, and a toxic environment.
Secondly, from within us, i.e., toxins generated from within the body. This process is called self-poisoning or auto-intoxication. Faulty nutritional patterns like the consumption of processed food and excess meat have resulted in slow elimination of toxic wastes and putrefaction, which, in turn, produces toxins that are re-absorbed into the bloodstream through the intestinal walls. Prolonged emotional stress, lack of rest and lack of exercise may also cause the production and accumulation of toxins in the body.
As toxins and nutritional deficiencies build-up in the body, cell destruction begins. Proper function is slowed down in all body tissues in which chemical deficiencies and toxins have settled, causing the body to degenerate and symptoms of degenerative disease begin to appear.
